Also, does anyone know how you get the "pasta & meatballs-looking-dish" recipe I see locked in my neighbors shop?

Did the pasta dish tell you what level it unlocked?

I don't think I saw a level just the lock sign. I'm level 86. Is there more to unlock beyond that? Maybe I have to be level 100 or something.

The Tiny Saloon only unlocks after you actually have the Cowboy, Cowgirl, or Sunday Best Cowboy. It doesn't have a function otherwise (and takes up 3x3 space), so we didn't want to confuse.

I think you might be right, I think there were different recipes when the noodles house first came out.

It definitely looks like red pasta with a bunch of meatballs. I have only seen it a couple of times. I will take a pic next time I see it.

Now I just acquired a "sticker roll hook" on the back it says "From the gem wheel" but I think it actually came from the fishing pond...it's a mystery.
