We Need Notifications For Finished Food

Why doesn't the game notify us when our food is finished? In my opinion, such a simple thing can make the goals just a bit easier. Especially the beginning with those 2hr foods. My settings says my notifications for the game is on, but I've NEVER, not even ONCE, received a notification from it. Does the game even have any???

This is above a Mod's purview - I'll flag this over so the team can look into it.

UPDATE: Apparently this is a known issue with Android devices. The team is aware and is looking into it, but unfortunately do not yet have a fix :(

I just put an alarm on the foods I bake with clock app on phone. I can look at the alarms that should go off later too that way. Notifications that never worked for me.
