I deleted several neighbors who had lower star ratings. I?ve noticed some of them have raised their star rating & would like to reactivate them on my neighbors list. Even though they are not showing on my list, when I go to invite them as neighbors again, it tells me they are already my neighbor. How can I get them on my list again?
