My mastery gem did not show up

I finally got to the mastery level of the structered dress this morning, I got the Pop up showing a gem but it didn't get added to my other gems.
Happened in NS today also. I want my gems

I've noticed that FS can sometimes be slow in crediting you the mastery gem. It's usually taken my game a couple of minutes to show up each time. How long has it been since you achieved mastery of the structured dress?

You could try emailing your problem to support@teamlava.com although to be honest, I don't like your chances considering they were free gems :(

Worth a try though. Please come back and let us know how you went ... ?
