Lost ovens

Anyone else losing ovens that they have built in recent goals? I always build 5 ovens for each goal & if I have not completed all recipes before the next goal starts, I screen shot those ovens before I store them to be able to go back to them to complete. When I try to pull them back up to finish to get gems?they are GONE! Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know why? I have been playing these both for over 10 years, with this happening & the new outrageous goal requirements, I am ready to walk away.

It sounds like you might be afflicted with the bug where goal items (appliances and prizes) are re-locking after you've worked to unlock them. I'm sorry this is happening to you :( The team is aware of this issue and still investigating why players are being affected. Any information you would be comfortable sharing in the Bug Thread would be greatly appreciated.
