Transferring acc from andriod to iphone possible?

Hi guys i wan to know if i brought a new iphone is it possible to transfer my acc in my andriod phone to i phone?

It should be do-able. I know using a Storm8 app to do a transfer works iOS to iOS/iOS to Droid and vice versa.
