I like this format more (personally) reason being it's not decreasing the value to anything that costed over 100+ gems (and in some cases, actual money) to get now being offered for free. I personally hope this format is successful and they continue to do this.

It just appears on the side panel should be under the wheel you spin for leaderboard points.

The Spin to Win event requires version 2.5, but you are on version 2.3. If you update to the newest version you should see it.

I did notice that we had been erroneously promoting the event to players on version 2.3 for the past few Spin to Win events, but I'm pushing an update that will correctly target players on 2.5+. Apologies for the confusion!

Habitats are typically temporarily enabled when associated pets are on offer. This is a manual process done primarily to keep the Market clean, but I missed this one. I did re-enable the Rescue Pen now, so it should be buyable.

Can you check the Pets tab of the market? (Click the Cow Icon, then the Cat sub tab). It’s there, it’s just not featured currently.

I see it but it is grayed out, has a lock on it and says Goal

Yes if you had a hundred tickets you could turn in for a pet and if you didn't have enough tickets you would of had to buy additional spins. Tickets cannot be used on another event unfortunately.
