You could just refuse them. Why don't you post a message on your wall and go round and copy and paste it onto all your neighbours' walls. That way, they'll know. Be sure to also tell new neighbours!

I've done posted on the ones that have sent me energy, and I do decline the gift, but to me its a wasted potential gift I could use.
