Food limit 10,000.

I'm at level 28 and my food limit is currently 10,000. Anyone of higher level know if the limit rises? Maybe at lvl 35 or 40.

As far as I know, the limit is 10k, which some users have asked for an increase on. I'll pass this along to the devs. Thanks for the input. :D

I got a message that I can only store 5000 food, I'm on level 32 and have 10475 stored. I think the 5000 message is just the wrong message showing.

If you food is near 10000 and you tap fast enough you can go over it until the server catches up and you get the message. :)

Yeah, I have managed to get to just over 13,000 tapping quickly.

Yeah agreed on both counts lol. I think it's just the wrong message too because it doesn't seem to cut out at 5000 for anyone since TL changed it. And yes, like you and adam, I find tapping quickly will get you over 10 000 before all the little apples fly up to ... heaven ... ? :p

I've gone up to 20,000 before :) you just have to make sure you harvest your crops quickly 1 by 1 and not miss any in a row and harvest the maximum energy you can have (ex: if max is 30, have 30 energy to harvest 30 crops at once). Then you just wait for the apples to flyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy and you'll have tons of food!

I'm currently level 51, and the food limit is still 10,000.

Yeah, you have to be careful what order you tap the crops in as you want to avoid clicking on any food. E.g -if you click crops in the top row, the apples might cover the 2nd row so you have to collect them b4 you can tap the 2nd row. Also, be sure to tap the lower value crops first so as it's collecting the apples you have an extra few seconds b4 u go over the limit!

I, too, think the limit should be raised and if it causes some type of balance problem, they could slightly lower the amount of food each crop gives...

Like the energy level, the food level should increase as you level up

I agree. Its costing me a fortune in crops to feed my zoo

It costs me almost 8000 crops to feed one round in my zoo. My animals are piglets and it's causig difficulties harvesting crops and collecting coins. I can't even collect fruit from my trees because I run out of energy and animals still want fed constantly. Any chance or raising the food/energy limits to accommodate the larger zoos?

I'm currently at level 62, and still 10 000 food limit.. Whats the point whit that low limit? All my animals eat up the hole limit at the one time..

I think they should get rid of the limit altogether. Or make it tenfold at least. Some people like to stockpile food like we do on the food stories but on this one you can't do anything interresting at all.I like stockpiling so I can then spend time feeding the animals and leave tips for all my neighbours to get energy to collect the coins. I hate that I then have to wait for more crops to end because I have not been able to stockpile a lot of food. I don't mind the energy limit, it makes it more interresting. But the food limit just makes it annoying!

I am at level 49, food storage limit is the same 10000.... 
