Missing item

I had a chocolate fountain in the middle of my restaurant for over 3 years, and 1 day it just disappeared. It is not in my inventory and I know I didn't sell it. What happened to it? Has it happened to anyone else? How can I get it back?

Same happened with me i had 50000 dishes of food suddenly it all went away in an hour
