Missing herc?

I completed the storybook goals a couple of days ago but herc never arrived in my inventory.

Can this be investigated please?

When you upgrade to L10, Herc goes straight to inventory. It doesn't come up with a 1x1 square for it to be placed on board. Can you please double check your storage given now a day or so has passed and if he is still not there you need to log a ticket with Support. Thanks, I?ve checked multiple times over the last couple of days. He?s definitely done a runner! I?ve lodged a ticket now.
