Where to find ladybug planter?

Hello all. I am wondering where to find the ladybug planter. I am playing on an Android phone could that be why I can't find it ??
I also posted in the thread about upcoming goals. lol It is on last page. I think it may be an April's Fools Day with maybe some Easter items.. but then again it could be nothing. I have played this game off and on for years. I am just now in a.position to enjoy the play. Thanks guys
