Catalouge Slots..?

I purchased more slots when I was at about level 6or7, its the oly time I bought gems as slots seemed important, i bought about 4 or 5 slots..
Now I'm a level 21 and I have been reading on this forum that normal level 21 players have 13 slots just like me as they had extra slots open up as they advanced. I didn't start to get extra slots open up til yesterday.... Have I lost my extra slots and just been allocated whats normal for each level now????

I haven't purchased slots but from what I have seen, you should receive new slots on top of your purchased ones. I'd encourage you to email support@teamlava.com and tell them what's happened. Make sure you include your details in the email such as your ID, what device and IOS you are using, what level you're on and some screenshots of the slots if you can. Hopefully they can fix it for you :)
