Dear technical support,

I am at level 31. I purchased one slot with 25 gems some days ago and now I only have 17 in total (that means 16 are "given" for free). From what other players wrote in this forum, I think I have "lost" at least one slot. Could anyone help me there? Thank you.

If anyone knows of an email address where I can contact the support directly, please also let me know, many thanks!! :)

Hi mcc. Yes the email address is support@teamlava.com - be sure to include your details in the email such your ID, the game name, what device and IOS you're using and some screenshots of the slots. Hopefully TL will be able to sort it out for you :)
