They are triggered from farm houses. I have 12 out. I recommend you post in the quest thread, your post would be viewed quicker. Also, make sure you don't have another monster spawned.

Thanks for posting help newpam! tonyamora, can you please let us know that farmhouses are spawning for you. They definitely won't spawn if you already have a beastie on your board. Turn your music on to check - it's the best way to know for sure as the music is different to the melodic flute sound that normally plays. you can turn sound on in settings in game.
