So many people have the same problem about this series of goals, but it isn't been fixed even one year later?

Sadly, there has been no fix for the issue but a Mod recently updated the bug with the team so, fingers crossed! If/when there any updates on the matter, they will most likely be posted in the established bugs thread (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?110537) on the topic.
