I don't play this game regularly, but I checked it out and the game said that if you want to continue playing your progress is automatically transferred to Bingo Tycoon.

Yes as Paul said, your Clue progress should have been transferred over to Bingo Tycoon. If you're experiencing any issues with your account, please submit a ticket to Support at Storm8.
