After years of playing this game, I finally got to the level to unlock the wine stuff.... but where did it go???

It is still there for me. Can you make sure that you have the latest version installed and not an old holiday version (A Cooking Carol, Halloween, etc)? Also, what platform are you on?

It showed the images of things "unlocked" when I leveled up, but can't find them anywhere to purchase.

I checked and it looks like the Wine features are unfortunately iOS only.

Well that's a bummer! Thanks for checking. I'm not buying a new device so I can gain the feature. I'm guessing after 5+ years it's no longer in development, so that will probably never change, huh?
