How can I achieve recipes and stoves from past goals? It?s frustrating for me to not be able to play with all their is, even when these goals were set before I started playing the game

Sadly, there is no way to unlock limited time goal items once the goal has expired.

While they do occasionally reuse old goal stoves in the 5 Day Goals, it seems they have stopped unlocking the old/original recipes when they do so. Of course, nothing is set in stone with s8 so there is always the possibility that at some point they will once again unlock the old recipes when they relist a stove but as of now that is no longer the case.
