Missing Giftsteam Marker in Dragon Tales Event

I completed all missions without skipping anything till the end of Chapter 7, but I can?t craft Giftstream dragon cause I only have 3 markers!?

Please help.

I?m having the same problem. My breeding of the Tiding Dragon seemed to lag and I never got the fourth Giftstream Marker, meaning I?m incapable of getting the dragon, even though it said I progressed.
