It says that this is a 5 day goal, not fifteen days.

I do not need the prize so am waiting on the recipes. I do not really want to buy more ovens for gems right now, though.

The first dish is small as ants. Is this the same team as Bakery story? Do they hate restaurant story? Why are the dishes so horrible.

I'm torn: I have 2 pub ovens, so it would be just the 2 gem cost to skip buying another, and I would (very eventually) get that back, plus another 2 gems, from opening the other recipes. (The first recipe is already open even without getting to step 2.)

But I already have the cider bar, and it will take so long to master the recipes on only 2 stoves. And it's not like the recipes are pretty, although I do like their yields. I'll probably do it, just to avoid locked recipes. But still, hate using the gem stoves for this.

I have one pub stove. Even if I buy another to get the new recipes, and earn 6 gems eventually...net one gem ... I don't think I could finish this. I already have the prize, and luv it though

Same here, not playing goals where you have to buy ovens / stoves with gems. It's bad enough not being able to earn them by watching ads - then you add insult to injury by asking for fems to do a goal.

A short goal, too. I don't know if I'll finish it, but I don't care about the prize just want to unlock the new recipes. It would be a little more help if the watching ads to finish cooking faster still worked, but that feature hasn't worked for me in months. I do wish we could earn gems by watching ads, then I wouldn't mind buying more of the stoves to get the goal done. Oh well.

I got 10 of these ovens from the last goal where we had to pay 5 gems and what a cheek I had to get a 11th to qualify for this goal. It?s not right making us use our gems for goals especially in these times of covid etc. It would be nice if they gave one for free. Other games I play have given endless lives or something nice to cheer people up but not STORM. They never seem to be for their loyal players

Also, because of the COVID, we should get some free gems, it is only fair.

I have a question. I have finished this goal, and assumed that all of the recipes on the oven would be open. Yet there are still a few recipes that are not 'opened'. I don't' understand why. I actually had some of these ovens before the goal started. I bought one more, figuring that was a way to open up those 'closed' recipes. The only recipes that opened were the ones for this goal. Does anyone have any information about this? Thanks very much .

It used to be that the team would unlock all of the previous recipes when relisting appliances for a goal but that changed a while back. Now, only recipes unlocked via the current goal are opened when appliances are relisted. So that means:

Completing the current goal will only unlock the three recipes that are shown in the first post: Squash Toasties, Cheesy Corn Fritters, Ricotta Beets.

The three recipes from the Pub Stove's original release (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?82097) (Cheese Soup, Bangers, Beans n Eggs) should be unlocked to everyone as they were not goal-related.

The three recipes that were released back in a 5 Day Goal on March 12 of this year (https://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?110552) (Bangers and Mash, Pub beef Egg Roll, Corned Beef) will likely remain locked to those who did not participate in said goal.

Thank you so much for such a clear and quick response. I did not know the info about those previous locked recipes. I wish they would be unlocked, especially since this is a gem oven, but I do appreciate the info.

Whoops I accidentally converted wrong in my head. Yes Annitas is correct that it ends at 11 am PST, like many other limited time goals.
