Yes gems were offered a few weeks ago.

No, unfortunately the only way to take advantage of the offer is to click the pop up in the game.

I received the pop up weeks ago thru farm story. Same for zoo story

Um zoo story pop up was just yesterday tho...not weeks ago 

zoo story pop up was fast within days

fashion story i had to wait i thought i wont get it

I got the message for zoo story and signed up, but flowless you say you had to wait but eventually got it?

I never got it for fashion story....

I never got it for fashion story....

flowless was saying that it took a few weeks for the FS free gems to be offered via the pop up. The Zoo gems came the day after it was released - so relatively quickly compared to previous pop ups.
