Question about Traps/Lures for Monsters

Hey all!
I have several traps from various quests and I was wondering, do we eventually get a monster quest that allows all past creatures to come back with traps?
I feel like I remember that happening but I forget.
I?ve been playing CS for years, since it was new and I got a reward in BS for trying it. But I don?t always pay close attention. Lol

I use old traps all the time, and although it will spawn the animal from a previous event, the animal does not give you the drops it did in its original appearance.
