The game is not allowing me to put my Walking Scarecrow which I won from the event out. I do not see the Gnome Gathering in the market and the Haunted House unlocks at Level 17. I am Level 14 and I won the event.

I am just returning to this game.

I am asking for the Gnome Gathering to be placed for sale in the Market.
