Changing Name

I just realized that my daughter used her real first name to set up her City. I would like her to change it to something generic. Is there a way to do this?

While you can purchase 10 City Cash to change the name (it sounds like you don't have time to slowly earn these by mastering levels of factory contracts given the nature of the name) I would suggest that you contact support@teamlava.com by eMail first as the name was accidentally personalised by your daughter; they can help with her Storm8 ID also, if this too is somewhat personal.

As someone who picked a temporary name when the option was thrust upon me when commenting on Springfield's town in the game's tutorial I would be very interested in what they say, if you would be so kind as to update this thread when you have reached a solution? :)
