missing Pale Vine Marker

Hi, I am playing the dragon tales, and currently I am at Chapter 7 quest 5, which asking me to craft Pale Vine Dragon.

However, when i trying to craft, it showed that i need 4x Pale Vine Marker, and i only have 3.

Since i am playing through the dragon tales as normal till i reach chapter 7, why i am missing Pale Vine Marker?

Is that system glitch? Please help to check and get back to me thank you,
