send an email to support@teamlava.com Give them your storm ID, the game and the day it happened. They will be able to tell you your gems were spent on.

No. TeamLava's policy is to not refund gems or coins. If you didn't get your missing item, they may give it to you.

I'd follow KP's advice and email support so that you're game can be checked for you, and TL can let you know what happened.

Whilst it is a good idea to follow that advice, it hardly answers the question.

E-mail them, then they'll tell you if you will or not (unfortunately nmishii is probably correct).

If u do get ur gems back let me know plz! I had gems, money and food go missing! Emailed support and they told me I spent my gems on items on reviving rotten food! I would not spend all my gems on food!!!! So either TL lied to me or thier own records are faulty!!!! Whoever helped me didnt answer any of my other questions or read emails accurately it felt like a giant run around...and no they didnt help me at all or reimburse me my gems (they refused to since thier false records showed lies)!!!!! They tolde nothing could be done about The millions of pieces of food go missing either (my door wasnt blocked either) and i was one of the unfortunate ones who didnt get a dime for all that food and now because of thier horrible food changes im a level 95 and cant even keep my place stocked!!!! So just to inform u TL doesnt care to much about what they do to thier customers for they certainly wont help when they make huge errors...they will blame thier mistakes on u or on thier faulty records!

Bakery story no longer have different prices for cappuccino, banana bread etc. when I ask a few of my friends for stuff, and try to ask the rest later, I am told that I've asked them already. For the christmas story goals, Days changed twice in 24 hrs.

I did report it and TL told me thier records showed I spent ALL my gems reviving rotten food!!! All my food on the counters had disappeared too (over 3,000,000 pieces) and thier faulty records said I deleted it all!!! Nobody else uses my phone....and I knew how much I had before I went to bed....when I awoke it was all gone! Support did nothing to help at all!!! Thier records were wrong! I have accidently revived food in the past but I know I didnt spend all my gems (which was an uneven number and doesnt add up) on reviving food! So either TL strait up lied to me or thier records are faulty! My experience dealing with support (more then once) has been unpleasant and they beat around the bush and put me on a big run around! So thx for trying to help but they didnt!!!! Plus I was a paying customer too!!! Boy did I learn a lesson!

There was a thread two days ago saying the BBQ Wings were replaced with Mac and Cheese for the goal.

But I guess it is true that there is no information from TL on when the BBQ Wings may be released.

When it is, I hope they release it to everyone and not as part of a goal.

So sorry this has happened to you, I too had this happen when the new changes were added. I blocked the door for a couple of days, built up food/ drink. Then I reopened, I did visit lots of nbrs to prevent a quick sale from blocking the door. Since re opening I've been able to maintain good stock levels, I'm so glad I reopened. I hope this happens in your case too.

Because TeamLava develops new features for iOS only; they have stated that several times, but using different words. Then after a few months they port it over to Android. Historically has taken about 3-6 months. TL has stated that when goals are released to Android, old goals will most likely not be released.

When someone does post a Support reply, it seems like there are some people who focus on the violation and not on the issue raised by the OP. Forum members should be focusing on helping other forum members, not on tattling on them for uncommon offenses.

There is currently no way to delete pending invites. Hopefully TL will implement a delete button for this function, some day. :(

The fairy Kitchen is an limited offer that goes out to random players, it runs independently from the weekly updates. You can get the
limited offer, and not the update on Thursday. You should be getting the update on Tuesday by the end of the day.

This is actually a PhotoBucket problem, nothing to do with TeamLava or GM.

Check your PhotoBucket account - you could just upload it again, then post the new image again so long as you have it saved:).

Topic is about the recent proliferation of gambling advertisments for this new and objectionable Slots Game that are riddled throughout all the Story games at the moment.

So is anyone from Team Lava senior management actually reading these posts? All we have so far repeated back to us is a weak, evasive and basically dismissive response from TL representatives stating that all players should be 14 years or older - which apparently is in some Terms of Service document that is buried away on their website somewhere, and which is NOT conveyed to any potential player in the Apps Store at the point of download, which would be the logical place to do it.

All this is a distraction from the real point, which is that all the games in the Story series are clearly aimed at younger players (arguing the toss over whether they should be 7 or 14 or 18 is moot) and that saturation advertising of a gaming application is HIGHLY inappropriate. I have spoke to our local Consumer Advocate organisation here in Australia, as well as our state Department of Consumer Affairs, and they both agree that TL is in clear breach of a number of consumer laws here, and needs to smarten up its act promptly.

So TeamLava management, over to you. What's your response going to be? Are you going to continue this path that will result in a lose-lose-lose outcome for players, TL and advertisers, or admit that this was a poor decision and 1) immediately remove the gaming ads and 2) stop the new practice of repeated ads popping up at random during play that make the game so unenjoyable to play?

The original Zoo Story was removed from the Apple App Store and consequently Apple users cannot re-download it, or buy gems. Therefore, they probably don't have them.

Yea, I realized that after looking further into it . . . I didn't know people were getting so serious over it. I thought it to be unfair at first because I just really liked all of the items that the Android users were getting but I had no idea that there was such a difference between Android, IOS, Google Play, Kindle or whatever different devises people used . . . Sheesh - - I though this was a game and anyone who played it was offered the same items. My curiosity started when I started seeing all of these items and didn't know how to obtain them. I didn't know that the items weren't available to everyone and that on the other hand goals weren't available to everyone either. . . I though I was just playing a game and that eventually as I reached higher goals, those items would be available to me. I just thought they were really cute and wanted to use them as decorations in my bakery. When it all comes down to it, it is only a game and the only things that really matter to me at the end of the day are roof over my head, the clothes on my back and the food in my belly. . . I guess the secret's out. These are all of the new items that we are releasing for the World Games theme. There are A LOT of new items, as you can see by the many screenshots that have been posted. It might seem like a lot of content to be released in one week, but all of these items will be made available to everyone this week.

In an effort to smoothly release this huge amount of content, they have been made available to Android players starting today. iOS players will be able to access these items starting Wednesday, and the rest of the games will receive their content updates on Thursday, the normal day for new content releases.

We hope everyone enjoys the new World Games items and can't wait to see how you design your bakeries!

Delete and redownload the games you are having issues with. This seems to have fixed this issue for many players. You will not lose your game progress.

You can change your settings under your profile to set you own time zone. At the top of any page click under forum actions, then edit general settings.

Usually any posts that discuss the removal of any post gets removed. Make sense? I'll find the rules page for you.

Yeah but the original post didn't warrant being removed - the point is - why remove it and give no explantion? How the earth am I meant to know what was posted that was so wrong if they don't tell me? So I have to question it in order to know why it was removed so I don't make a mistake again. You see? Its catch 22 - you cant win and you cant lose with that one! Its a rule that can be flawed if the offender repeats the offence without knowing he is offending. Come on Teamlava! Throw me a bone...whats the prob?

Yep, posted that some where. Also went from level 97 to 99 in less than 30 days. 96 had me stuck. Any way, I gained 37 took sheds, 1 mansion, 1 vineyard & 3 enchanted getaways, school, blacksmith, 3 barns & various buildings.

am unable to access forums from anywhere at all because I dont have a storm8 ID! and there's absolutely no way to GET ONE! there is NO' REGISTER LINK ON THE WEB. The web says login into ur storm8 id from your device. there's absolutely NO WAY TO DO THAT ON AN IPAD! The only teamlaval game I play is bubble mania - and it does NOT have "help" or "menu" or any such thing for me to CREATE a new storm8 id. the only way i can access (basically read) anything here is through the guest account. whatever i write thru guest account is deleted instantly! So i dont know if you will even read this, but please just tell me HOW TO CREATE A STORM 8 ID .. I use ipad to play bubble mania - none of the 'story' games. no storm8 id available there.

If you download any of the other TeamLava games, they will have the option to create a Storm8 ID and forum password under the FAQ/Help menu.

Send an email to support@teamlava.com

Provide them your storm ID, and game name. Provide the game name of the offender and their storm ID if you know it.
Screenshots of your wall is very helpful.

I would also advise that you do not respond back to this person. Support will investigate all the walls involved.
