Marshland permit craft is grayed out

The marshland permit craft is grayed out for me with the message saying I've maxed on the item. There's no way it's true because I don't have any marshland permit. Zero. I also don't have the option to craft regular permits. Hope they'll fix if for me.

Hi Mel, did you go to Support or do you want me to ask S8 to look at for you?? Maybe it glitched as you had the game open when the plot was pushed to prod. Force closing didn't help?

Thanks SW, I'll just wait and see if the problem will resolve itself. I think part of the problem may be because I ticked off the 2 marshland permits the new expansion requires. Normally if I leave the plot open I'll still be able to craft more permits but not this time. I'll wait till they release the next expansion.
