I've completed all the cruise tasks, unlocked the character, and now have over 10 of his dropped ingredients, but the wiener dog recipe wasn't unlocked. Has anyone had this problem?

Storm8 isn't responding to individual help requests through the game. I submitted a ticket including all related screenshots and I received an email indicating that the request was closed automatically and will not be reviewed.

With the prior three cruise quests needing 10 vanilla each and with all the pop-up/sidebar ads, I've considered quitting this game. I've maxed out everything I possibly could, with 80+ achievements, 89m+ coins, 11k+ gems, 2900+ helpers, and 1690+ mastery stars. For storm8 to stop supporting the game, whether or not covid related, might be the final straw.
