6 free gems a day

hi on my previous store I could watch videos for up to 6 free gems a day. I have recently started a new store but the option is unavailable does anyone know at what level this becomes available?

I have never gotten that option. I have seen it when other people play it but I have never gotten it myself.

i?ve seen some people are still able to get 6 gems a day, but i?ve only been able to get 1 a day since i came back to the game
