Downloaded/installed/played this per RS NEWS but no gems?

Any ideas why I'm not being credited my gems. Come to think of it, for some of the other TL apps I've installed I didn't get the promised gems (but it slipped my mind).

if u downloaded the app without the gem offers appearing first in other story games , u dont get them

but if the gem offer appears and then u download u should get them

if not switch off then on ur device they should appear

You have said 'installed' it but you actually have to start playing it before you receive the gems. Have you done this?
