Unfortunately in most cases when players have already downloaded the game, pre gems being offered, they do not typically get those gems.

Some wait to see the promotion before they download the games, and others just jump right into it so they can play.

But there are always contests that you can participate in to win some gems :)

They offered them quickly this time, I would have waited one day for gems...lol Usually it is weeks before they are offered, I think that is more what the person means.

I've always downloaded the new games prior to the gems offer but I learnt my lesson and waited this time. Very happy I did!
