old vegas cruise animated item missing

hi,

i have tried to submit my issue online but received an automated email to say that my request was closed.

i have completed the animated female item for old vegas cruise on 28 March 2020 and collected the item but it did not show up in my storage (decor). any idea where it could have gone to?
