There is an option on Resturant Story where you can watch free videos to earn gems. However, since last month I can't watch any videos and it kept saying failed to load videos. Does anyone having the same problem? And is there any solution of this problem? I play the game on android phone.

Sorry but there's nothing you can do to get the videos back. The free videos are a promotional offer that can come and go at any time - many others have had the icon disappear as well.
