I am wondering if FS2 team can make the seahorse move like the super plants and then stop when they need fed? Now it just stands there for 12 hours and then moves when it needs fed.

iOS General Issues
If your iOS device is having issues, make sure you've tried the following:
Restart your device
Delete and reinstall the game
Hard restart - hold the power and home buttons, through the power off slider, until the Apple symbol appears.

For newer devices (iPod Touch 4th Gen and newer, iPhone 3G and newer, all iPad versions [possibly other devices]) - close out background running apps. Double tap the home button, when the screen raises up, hold the app until it starts shaking. Press the red minus symbol to close.

Connection Issues
Force shut game
Disconnect device cellular/wifi setting
Switch off device
Power off modem and router, and power up after 2 mins if you're using wifi connection
Switch on device and reconnect cellular/wifi setting
Start game

If you are using wifi, the bandwidth and number of devices connected to it are contributing factors to your connectivity performance.

Device Performance Issues
Some older devices may have trouble keeping up with the game.
Clear cache - go to Safari in Settings app on iOS device and click [Clear History and Website Data]
Check that you have sufficient space on your device. Try deleting some unused apps/photos/videos etc if you don't.
Store away some (if not all) animated decorations on your farm
Avoid running other apps in the background
Let your game settle for a few minutes (3 mins or so) after starting it, before you do any activity
Reduce the number of neighbours if you have close to a thousand
Delete and reinstall game if the above doesn't work

Display/Graphics Issues
Clear cache - go to Safari in Settings app on iOS device and click [Clear History and Website Data].
Restart device and game
Delete and reinstall game if the above doesn't work

Sync Issues
Ensure your connection is good. Always fresh start your game before you do any actions to avoid sync issues. It is recommended that we do not leave our games running in the background.
If you discover that you have forgotten to close out your game, force shut it without doing any activity and start it again.
You can force save your game progress by visiting another farm, clicking on your newspaper or clicking Social/Community.
Do not leave your game immediately after your last action. Try to force save your game progress and sync with Storm8 servers before closing your game.

Some things would apply.
Like don't turn in a collection as soon as you get it.
I would do some other things first to allow the game to save.
Like visit a neighbour. Gather some crops, etc.
I am assuming you looked in your cellar at the top to see if a prize went there.
I am hoping you got credit for the five collections to get the seahorse.
Check your to do list...the seahorse.
Unless you already have him beings I don't know if this was your first collection.

It stinks when game is out of sync and you lost a prize.
Only thing good is you have over three days to make more collections and turn them in.

So far I've got several turn ins and have received

I've been lucky with the studio comparatively, I guess, as I've gotten definitely four drops, maybe five? I'm not a huge fan of the seahorse. I love it if it's a pet! But these hybrid part-giver thingies I don't care for. I also think it should have some kind of movement, but the squirrel flag thingie doesn't have any movement either, so, whatevs on that. I do like the pathways. Some of them I like more than others, but I'm not disappointed to get multiples of pathways.

I have 2 from a previous event and now I’ve achieved the Blue Lovebird but I’m a bit disappointed I can’t have them all out at once. Hi, if by Admin, you mean Moderators, they are regular players like the rest of us, so they have no power over studio drop rate.

Studio drop rate is terrible for most, if not all. Maybe you can try changing the way you are collecting studio crafts. I also have two studios. I make scarfs only. I usually wait 5-6hr after I start crafting to begin collecting. Once I collected 1, I wait for about 5-7 minutes before I collect 2nd craft. I used to collect everything at once with no drops. If the drop rate is 1 in 10 minutes, for example, to get a drop or two from collecting all at once is very difficult. I don’t know your style of playing, but this game is really smart and it’s aim is to frustrate us lol Hope your studio is more generous the next round.

Hi, by spending coins, do you mean Pile of Letters? If so, next time, just buy enough to get past Goal 2. Day 10 drop rate is always bad. Wait to see how many of Day10 you can get before buying more of Day1.

Yes, I do mean Pile of Letters. That's what I am thinking to do for the next event. I did not have any issues during the last event, which is why I decided to participate for this event. Just seems like some of the events are hit or miss. Thank you for the advice!

I understand where you’re coming from. I turned in over 30 times - including purchasing 2 bundles to get studio drops - and no snail. This is the second event in a row I haven’t been able to achieve all the prizes. I understand random but receiving 9 of the same plus other decorations and no snail - nope I don’t understand it. I used all my gems on trying to achieve the snail so now I have none left for the next event. Oh well. At least I know I won’t be getting anything this time so I can’t be disappointed.
