Gifts and earnings messing from inventory

I upgraded the Princess bed to the highest level but did not receive the last gift. And right now I received 25 Pleaseblossoms, but like the gift they are nowhere to be found. What to do?

Did you do the community visit goal? What's in your goal book? If you force close you'll see Delsin in your inventory. The pleaseblossoms don't go into your inventory; you only see them on the side of the screen or in the community event screen. You don't get the princess until you have 1000 pleaseblossom.

I had Princess Celeste, but when I opened the game today she had disappeared. She?s not in the inventory either. I tried to force close the game and restart it, but still no Princess. What should I do?

Double check your counter didn't reset below 1000 and collect again from the bed. If counter is ok, take a screen shot and log a ticket with Support. They'll be able to restore her for you.
