Free gems videos icon doesn?t show up anymore

I used to be able to get free gems by watching ad videos. I don?t watch ads to speed up baking time and it?s been over a month since I was able to receive any free gems through watching ads. The ad videos icon doesn?t even show up at all.

This isn't uncommon - the short answer is that the free gem videos are a promotional feature that is subject to change. Not all players receive the offer and those that do will see the offers come and go randomly.
