Got it on my second breeding a Garland Dragon with a Forest Dragon. My first try breeding a Neo Fire with a Neo Forest produced a Lamiales Dragon.

My first two pairings both got 4 hours: Fire/Forest and Dawntree/Playful

Here are all the 4 hour possibilities with Green/Red:

Firegrass Dragon
Topiary Dragon
Lamiales Dragon
Thoth Dragon
Garland Dragon
Snug Dragon

ETA: The Forest/Fire combo turned out to be Thoth :( - the Dawntree/Playful combo ALSO turned out to be Toth :(

ETA2: I used these same combos again and did get it with (I think) Fire & Forest :D

I can't believe my eyes! I got it second try with Dawntree and Fire! 98% of the time I end up creating the common dragon for Leaderboard or World Event.

They re-texture so many assets or very lightly change the design. I just wish they'd stop pumping this stuff out every 5 seconds and focus on more quality over quantity :/

It's funny how all those Super Rares pop up when you want a "common" dragon, isn't it? I'm not complaining about my Landworm fails, though. They are short and yield a nice amount of Essence.
