My account has been reset on all games.

Dear Forum,
My account has been reset on all games.
Whenever I login on a game it starts me from the begining .
for example when i log in intro Dragon Story, instead of loging me into my account named Pudel it logs me into an account Alexos
Can i get any help ?

Did you change devices?

You can recover your game by logging into the game you want. You will need your storm ID and password.
If you do not have your password, you can contact support for assistance. See support link in my signature.
