I'm disappointed big time with the boxes, all were not included especially the Holiday Box. :(

None of the 3rd & 4th place prizes were put outside of the box for sale, once again I tried for the gingerbread express to no avail. This item & the gingerbread house in bakery seemed to be programmed so I won't get them because no matter how many times I try the boxes I don't get lucky. :(

The only items I got which I really wanted were the holiday express and flying santa.

I'm also pretty disappointed! There's nothing on offer that I don't already have - maybe because pretty much all these things have been offered in recent history?!

The only way I'll get any new items this time is if I try my hand at the Mystery Boxes which is huge let down. How does it make sense that random sales this year offered box items out of the box but Black Friday offers ZERO? I would've gladly spent all of my gem stash (and likely bought more) to get some of those harder to get Box items.

I should be happy that I'm not tempted to shell out extra cash but really I'm just so, so disappointed in s8 and their logic that I'm sad :(

Could you clarify the advertising at the top of page one for the Black Friday sale. It says it is a 4 day sale, then mentions that selected items will only be 50% off over the weekend. I do not have any items marked as "50% off." Is this something that is perhaps IOS related? I do see that the crates are half price. Do they revert to regular price on Sunday? Does the sale finish on Monday afternoon? It would be helpful to have a few more details that included dates and times. Thanks.

The sale (and all prices) should remain for the entire 4 Days though I agree that the word 'weekend' adds unnecessary confusion in the mix. Perhaps s8 gave their employees a long weekend for the holiday and that's why they used the word? *shrugs*

As for the pricing, lots of items are 50% off though some are a little less - in Castle and Dragon Story, sales show the original price of an item with a line through it and the sale price below/beside so players can see how much they're saving. For some reason, this isn't done in BS and RS, so the prices we're seeing are the sales prices, meaning the Holiday Choir is currently on sale for 48 gems because it was originally released for 96 gems.

I think it has been 24 tries or more on the gingerbread box, I can't count anymore.

No gingerbread express, I think I'm done with it. :)

This time most of the boxes I tried I would get duplicates consecutively before I got a different item instead of different items regardless of repeat or not in no order.

Welp, I have been waiting for a sale to expand. Is the Black Friday expansion sale (which costs gems) as good as it ever gets? Don't want to waste precious gems! Thanks in advance for advice.
