Does it cost you $$ to give a gift?
Is it the same amount as if you were to build the thing in your city yourself?
Do you get any $$ for accepting gifts?

Gifts are free to send, free to receive and may be sold for a little money if you like.
It's a shame that there are now only the same four gifts for everyone and not any nice decorative ones like the fountains that used to be gift-able.
