I do not know, then. You may need to search the Market for plants (assuming we can sell them and others can buy them) to get started. I started the event with 4 of each plant.

Oh, and judyandthecat, that [Green Potion] is apparently called "Piper's Concoction" (according to the "Garden Shed" goal details). Sorry, I have not been sending deliveries as I prepare for the next Smashing Pumpkins goal tonight.

Can anyone confirm that the growing times for all four plants is 1 hour and 30 minutes? I think that is what the first two (Ghost Flower, Tentacle Fungus) were...not 100% certain, though, and I have not tried the other two plants yet.

I am 99% certain that the flag boost will not work. Generally, the crop and crafting boosts do not work on these limited-time plants or recipes.

I lived how in the simular succulent event the crafted jyems were tens of thousands of dollars. It built up my bank so I could actually expand, since that costs so much with the next level parts. I haven't seen any in the papers, tho, and when I checked the selling price of mine they were not high priced.

You need to grow them. Each player was provided with 4 of each of the new event-only plants. Tap on one of the special plots, and if you have any in your inventory, it should show up. If not, you will need to look through the newspaper and players' shops and hope that someone is selling at least one.

It's a infrequent drop from deliveries. You'll do better buying it from the paper.

Finally finishing the last Monster Pumpkin Planter, now I just need to finish 3 Monster Lanterns...but at 36 Eyeball Plants and 40 Jack O Lanterns each, it will probably take up the rest of the event time! :p

I really hope there isn't a follow-up goal (or goals) after finishing this series of goals...

I cannot even believe 90 gems for a one time use AND it only gives one item. Why the heck does it give u 1000 sheers then? I mean, just from a strategy perspective, that's wonky. It's a seriously weird item.

I know this type of event is seriously difficult, but this seems even harder than usual. I have not seen any plants for sale, either in the newspaper or in neighbours shops. I reckon many people are having the same problems as me. 76 plants to make 1 lantern! Realistically it will take me a day to make each one and there just aren’t enough days left. I wish there was some way of speeding up production.

Just got to goal 6. Tough one. By my accounting (focusing only on plants you grow),it takes 60 red spike plants, 240 eyeball plants and 200 pumpkin plants fora total of 500 plants. Growing a net of 6 new plants per cycle (net given you use 1 to get 2), it will take 83.3 cycles or roughly 20 cycles/day for the rest of the event. As each cycle is 1.5 hours, there is not enough time to make them all even with no sleep. You could cut down on that by buying golden plots or buying the precious few in the market, but seriously, I think it’s a waste. Probably gonna bail on this one.

What does the spider tree even do?

Okay, I finished the event and received the Great Pumpkin, placed it out on my farm, and watched its movements. It is DEFINITELY going back into storage after Halloween ends. It is way too creepy to stay out after 31 Oct.

On another note, I have to wonder why the Monster Bouquet does not show up in the Barn. The Hanging Monster Plants, the Spooky Terrorarium, the Monster Pumpkin Planter, and the Monster Lantern all show up and can be sold, but not the Monster Bouquet? Strange...

I would like to know what the spider tree does. I'm guessing it gives u a craft every X hours but would be nice to know for sure.

The Spider Tree is just like the Candy Tree, once u take it out of cellar, u can’t put it back! 12hr timer.

It’s really bare until the timer is up, then the entire tree is covered with spiders and spider webs!! It’s spooky so I love it!

First collect I got Taffy. Second collect I got Peanut Brittle.

It’s a fantastic Halloween deco, but one that wants to be on your farm all year long

Ah, so it is like the Candy Tree and the Easter Candy Tree, dropping items from the Candy Maker and the Chocolatier...I had a feeling that was how it would turn out.

Still need to make 3 monster lanterns to finish part 6, I will get to make 1 with the next harvest of plants but the final 2 and needing so many of each won’t be possible, I am seeing people selling crafts made but really wish they would sell the plants, I have nearly enough pumpkin plants for completing 2 lanterns and am occasionally picking them up in the market but the eyeball plants are so needed and no where to be found

nagmad, if you are able to find the monster lanterns in he newspaper or neighbors' side shops, you should buy them. If I remember correctly, the goal only requires you to "give" the lantern, not to actually make it. Buying a finished lantern and turning it in will fulfill the requirement of the goal.

Yes for sure. If it's already crafted buy it. In my cSe, I've seen no monster lanterns, and unless I find some or get a windfall of eyeballs and pumpkin plants, I'm gonna be one lantern short.

That said... I finally saw one on a farm ND it's actually kinda creepy. I guess that's the point. Also, I ha e nowhere to put it. I wish I could buy a (second) haunted house and just keep it in my cellar till I'm ready to ace it. As an android, I can't. So if I don't win it... So be it on this one.

I wish I could find the lanterns, only found the monster hanging plants, which uses the eye ball plant I need so many of 72 to be exact and just over 4hrs to go and each harvest is 1.5 hrs,
It becomes so very frustrating when we try and get so close, but won’t make it

I'm so dumb. I managed to find enough plants to make a final lantern, and it was ready to go, but I got distracted by actually feeding my family and plum forgot to go give the lantern until it was too late. Missed it by 10 minutes. Oy! The pet would be nice to have, but I'm even more annoyed that I used resources that someone else could have used. Sigh.

The market (newspaper) is flooded with the monster plants left over from the event. Please storm8 delete (or have stormie buy) them like you do at the end of other events. I stopped counting after 30 neighbors still had these plants for sale in their shops

I wish that the spots, as some of the previous event plots, had kept whatever we had planted in them when the event ended. At least then they would be DECORATIVE decorations instead of random dirt-colored (or in this case, purple- or orange-colored) plots that really don't match with much.

At least it is highly unlikely that these spots can be relabeled and designated as stepping stones or path pieces (as some previous event plots have been termed). But then again, I could be wrong, and they may become Paint Path pieces...

Perhaps...it is so that players can get rid of their event items rather than waiting for them to sell through the Newspaper? Just a possibility (though, I admit, highly unlikely).

I?ve got requests for the market which isn?t great when you want to complete the deliveries for the leaderboard event. I?m trying to get the pumpkins to cover 5he days I missed through work.

I had no chance of completing this monster plant event due to 12 hour night shifts, my workmate did by buying gems. Shame because if the plants grew a bit quicker I might have been able to plant more than 2 crops a day.

I just got one of those plants in the balloon thing. It is not hard to code the balloon train plane to exclude these things so what is the deal?
