Purchased gems not posted

I purchased 1400 gems through the game at sale price for $34.99 each THREE times and they did NOT post to my game. It did show a screen showing my purchase was successful and the gems would be posted. They were not. I would like them posted ASAP as they were purchased to use during the new leaderboard.

When you contact support, send them a copy of your receipt showing that the purchase went through.
