Of Land and Sea Goal

I?m currently working on What Storms May Come Goal. I quit playing for a couple of years and don?t know if the Of Land and Sea Goal happened during that time or not. Is there any way to unlock it? TIA:)

It won't start till you've finished the current story arc you're on. More info in the respective threads which are now under Game Guides, or you can see them in the Main story goal guide linked in my signature (or any new sticky event thread).
