Spring bloom

Why does it take so much energy to get a spring bloom, I have used at least 100 energies to get one bloom. Just seems so much work and expense.

With this particular format we have noticed how energy intensive it is given the low drop rates for this item in particular. We all struggle with it though and I completely understand how frustrating it is.
