Ever since Dragon Story introduced the pink element, Virtue has always been a rare dragon. What is this?

Why is it now Common? Do they not realize that Virtue's breeding time is 33 hours and this change makes Virtue the longest common incubation in the game? I would've suggested lowering the incubation time on it then demote it to a common. All of this was done with no warning like the Pyramid change a while back.
I was wondering why Virtue was popping up a lot lately in my breeding. I guess this is why.

I guess the change was made to reflect its frequency of appearance. We can still see traces of its ?rare? status in the Codex:

But I have to say that I still encounter difficulties breeding it when I actually need it :blue:

Due to the original implementation, the rarity didn't properly reflect the nature of the breeding rarity and upon a fix to clarify this to players we seemed to overlook the timer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have lowered the timer from 33 hours to a much more appropriate 8 hours.

Thank you, Flatfoot! And Kooky for looking into it, and skyharbor for bringing it up in the first place. Funny thing is, even though this acts like a common most of the time, I haven't yet been able to breed one on my "baby" account, which isn't really a baby anymore since it's level 99! I don't always try for one, but sometimes I get that as a bingo task.

It has been changed to 8 gold like the breeding/incubation time.

Yep! They did it about three to four (maybe five) months ago. The change was originally highlighted by Skyharbor here:
