I tried twice Friday and got the error message twice so I emailed all the info to TeamLava
nothing yet.
How long does it usually take?

Here again is a good example of why it would be nice to use a log-in to play

Hey Donna

When I had to email team Lava on my games-- I emailed on Saturday(they are closed). The got me fixed on Wednesday.
Since you emailed before the weekend, I would send a second request this morning to make sure you get on top of list.

We've had those over on S8's forum for a bit now. ;) It's just not everyone plays both Storm8 and TeamLava apps. It sure is a quick process if you do have a Storm8 game though.

But if you do a transfer and run into any issues with it, TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com) can still assist you.
