Can?t buy gold

Is anyone else having issues with purchasing gold. I?ve never had an issue before. Now when I click on gold nothing happens, I?ve reset my phone and even deleted and reinstalled the game still no luck. I use an iPhone any help would be appreciated

Log into your ITunes account and make sure all you payment information is there. Sometimes some of my payment info falls off my account after I update my phone.
