It has come to my attention that another bakery has the same name as mine. Tiers of Joy. No emojis are used, just the words, exactly the same. How did this happen? If I want to change my name, it will cost me gems. That's not right. Please advice.

Players can choose whatever names they like for their game boards. Our game names do not need to be unique, only our Storm8 IDs are unqiue. Hope this clarifies.
