Restaurant Gems not coming up

I recently purchased some gems and have yet to see them credited to my account. I have the receipt and email that say they've been purchased, but I still have the same amount of gems as I did before I placed the purchase. How long does it take to get them? Do I have to uninstall and reinstall? And if I did that, do I have to start all over and lose everything I have now? Please help!:confused:

Not sure on the gems, but you can uninstall then reinstall. All your info is stored on their servers, not your device. I would suggest trying it, and if them gems still don't show up, email support.
